Maureen Holtz is a seasoned clinician with clinical concentration in emergency medicine. Focused on patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes, Maureen Holtz has led successful Joint Commission Accreditation in the Sepsis Care Survey. Maureen Holtz has experience working in Informatics as Assistant Director of Advanced Clinicals, working with an electronic medical record initiation/optimization. Maureen has served as an instructor, SME, and has experience cross walking orders and order sets as a Data Quality Manager, working with HIM and clinical documentation improvement. Maureen Holtz interests include Data Governance to improve outcomes and Documentation Improvement, in addition to improving outcomes for sepsis population.

Kimberley Holmes, MSN, RN, CCRN

A seasoned ICU nurse with FCCS and TNCC certifications, Kimberley Holmes is presently the lead Rapid Response nurse and an ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC and FCCS course instructor. In addition to patient care and instructor duties, Kimberley Holmes is also the Data extractor and entry for "Get with the Guidelines Resuscitation". Along with her Masters of Science in Nursing, Kimberley Holmes has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biology and Human Development. Kimberley serves as a Board member and President Elect for the local chapter of the AACN, works as a volunteer at the local free clinic each month, and is the lead Adult Advisor for a Medical Explorer Post for teens with career aspirations in the medical field.

Connie Rathke, RN, BSHA, CNOR

Clinical Insights Manager, GE Healthcare

Connie Rathke is the Clinical Insights Manager in the Acute Care business with GE Healthcare. Connie Rathke was a consultant with the IT Professional Services team and a product manager for 14 years before joining the Acute Care team in 2018, and has worked in healthcare for over 26 years in a variety of inpatient, outpatient, and community health settings. She has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Purdue University and a Bachelor in Science Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Perioperative Registered Nurse (CNOR).

Sharon Mladucky, RN, BSN, MBA

Clinical Insights Leader, NLP, GE Healthcare

Sharon is a registered nurse with a variety of clinical experience.  Prior to joining GE Healthcare’s Clinical Insights team, Sharon has had the opportunity to experience many areas of the acute care setting primarily within cardiology.  Her roles include many years of cath lab experience, inpatient nurse management, and outpatient clinical management. She has served on or lead multiple quality improvement committees and has served as a chest pain coordinator.
