GE Sponsored Webinar - Can We Help 'Solve' Sepsis Together? Medical-Surgical Nurses as "Sepsis Solvers"

Webinar Description:

Part of GE Healthcare's "Can We Help 'Solve' Sepsis Together?" webinar series

As the first line of defense, nurses are key players in diagnosing sepsis - in particular, Medical-Surgical nurses. They provide care to those patients who are acutely ill and susceptible to sepsis. Yet they face multiple challenges in their day-to-day work. During this pre-recorded webinar, Sepsis Alliance and GE Healthcare will help facilitate this unique Medical-Surgical panel discussion, which will address key challenges and concerns for ‘solving’ in-hospital sepsis. Panel members will discuss fluid resuscitation (including process variables and protocols), their perspectives on the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, and time-management challenges (including data entry).

This course was originally recorded on 11/6/2019.

Target Audience

All healthcare providers

Sepsis Alliance gratefully acknowledges the support provided by GE Healthcare for this webinar.
