Sponsor Innovation Webinar - "A Novel Program to Protect the Public from Coronavirus and Sepsis"
Webinar Description:
Join us to learn about some of Viven Health's recent innovations. Viven Health (VH) has gathered national experts in medicine and nursing to help reduce the fear of the coronavirus problem, while also providing a positive action to help mitigate the spread of the virus. Learn about the interactive web-based program created by VH and designed to change the behavior of visitors to hospitals so they have improved hand and respiratory hygiene. Discover how the program can educate and protect patients, staff, and visitors from infections like the coronavirus, as well as more common infections like the common cold and flu. Also hear how the program can help prevent sequalae of infections, most obviously pneumonia and sepsis. By working with key hospital leaders like sepsis coordinators, as well as with Sepsis Alliance, we can protect tens of millions of visitors to healthcare facilities.
Target Audience
All healthcare providers
Learning Objectives
At the end of the presentation, the learner should be able to:
- Restate how the coronavirus, as well as other viruses, can be prevented.
- Describe how interactive learning better accomplishes behavior change in comparison to traditional education.
- Identify how educating the public about coronavirus can help better educate about sepsis.
